My vulva and I have been busy, doing regular lift and holds (kegel-style moves) during the day and official Hab-it exercises at least three times per week (when I say ‘at least’ I mean ‘exactly’).
I checked my pee stream in the shower about three days ago and it seemed less ‘The Fountains of Bellagio’ (a Las Vegas fountain) than usual. I also felt my outie birth canal and it seemed to have retreated just slightly. The changes are very subtle, and it could be wishful thinking, but I’m going to take it and make it mine.
It’s all feeling much stronger down there, which is so nice and makes all of the mind-numbing exercises feel worth it. I finally invested in a ball and a proper elastic exercise band. Using it today made me realise that a cushion will do if you don’t have a ball, but one should really invest in a ball.
During workout three, I had the elastic band around my thighs (knee end) and the ball between my legs (vagina end). The instructions were to roll out my feet, opening my legs up, and then squeeze my legs together, causing the ball to have its life flash before its eyes. It was really crunchy in the groin area, it’s kind of hard to describe. There was also a weird shooting kind of pain in my pubic bone area while squeezing the ball. Although, it seemed to lessen the more ball squeezes I did.
While my vagina is still miles off being snappier than The Addams Family, it’s chugging along nicely. Success! Sort of.
