Refund and Return Policy
We want you to be completely happy with your purchase, so just talk to us about the problem – we will probably just give you what you want! In the unlikely event that this strategy should fail, here are our general guidelines.
In the unlikely scenario that your product is not to your satisfaction, you may request a refund within 30 days of purchase, in accordance with Australian Consumer Law. You must provide proof of purchase.
Digital products are non-refundable, but we’re reasonable – if you hate our product and think you deserve a refund, or if the product was inappropriate for you, shoot us an email. In the case of a file corruption, a replacement file will be sent. Email us for help.
Return postage of herbs, supplements and equipment is at your own expense and is not refundable. Once the item has been inspected, we will notify you of the outcome, and as necessary issue you with a refund or a replacement product.
You will receive the credit onto your card or via PayPal as soon as possible, however individual banks and payment processors differ in times.
