Aunt Vadge’s Penis Balm contains New Zealand native kawakawa in sweet almond oil, with essential oils of CO2-extracted calendula, lavender, manuka and kanuka.
Kawakawa is an incredible antimicrobial and the balm is easier to use on the penis than the other liquid treatments, though the other treatments remain excellent choices.
Each element of the Penis Balm is useful for microbial issues, from antibacterial, antifungal calendula (also anti-inflammatory and very soothing to skin), antibacterial and antifungal lavender (also soothing to skin), and manuka and kanuka, which are both variations of tea tree, known for its significant antimicrobial and antifungal properties.
The kawakawa leaves are picked at the exact right time of year when the active constituents are highest. My Vagina’s kawakawa oil is made by hand in New Zealand, with the highest quality sweet almond and essential oils.

I am allergic to nuts – what penis treatment should I use?
Sweet almond oil will not be appropriate for you, and you should use Aunt Vadge’s Calendula Pessary Blend. Please check all ingredients to ensure they are safe for you to take.
Are the other treatments still ok to use?
It is great to use Aunt Vadge’s BV or AV or Double Whammy Herbal Blends instead of the Penis Balm – they are also excellent choices. We’ve just moved on to a simplified penis treatment using the balm.
How to do the balm-only penis treatment
- Every night before bed, wash the penis, scrotum and anal area with soap and water and rinse well. Dry.
- Apply 1-2 pea-sized scoops of balm to the penis, and ensure the head of the penis, shaft, under the foreskin and scrotum are covered. You want the skin to feel supple, but not slippery or slimy with oil.
- Depending on the surface area required to be covered, you may need two jars. The balm is great for skin, so it won’t go to waste if there is a little left over – any dermatitis, scratches or cuts, or dry skin will benefit anywhere on the body from Aunt Vadge’s Penis Balm.
