avoiding treatments, antibiotics or probiotics for 1-2 weeks before the test to avoid falsely inflated/deflated results.

What is ‘health coaching’? Are they legit?

You have several options for the interpretation of your results. Some providers offer free ‘health coaching’ services, so utilise those.

But, keep in mind that the ‘health coaches’ may have only done a 6-12 week course and are not qualified healthcare practitioners. Anyone who is labelled as a health coach, with no other healthcare qualifications, is not qualified to help you with your vaginal microbiome.

Legally, a health coach or a vaginal microbiome testing company cannot recommend anything more interesting or innovative than antibiotics or probiotics, which you may have already already tried. But, My Vagina practitioners can!
