There are many ways to achieve clearing biofilms and bacteria from your mouth, gums and teeth, but know right now that normal mouthwashes are NOT going to do this for you.

Safety first, kids!

Do not swallow hydrogen peroxide.
If your hydrogen peroxide is stronger than 6%, dilute it with distilled water or spring water.
If you have a bad reaction to the hydrogen peroxide, stop using it.
It is normal for raw protein to fizz, sting and go white (hands, lips, gums) for a little while. This will resolves quickly. Over time, less raw protein will be present on gums as the health of the mouth improves.
Do not use InterFase Plus if you are allergic to any of the ingredients.

Oral Killing BV treatment 7-day plan

What you’ll need

50-100mL 6% food-grade hydrogen peroxide (H₂O₂)
Water
A small dish for your hydrogen peroxide to dunk floss/tiny brushes in
Unscented, unwaxed dental floss or those little tiny dental brushes (or both to reach all between-teeth spaces) or a water flosser (add hydrogen peroxide liquid to water flosser liquid)
InterFase Plus capsules (7 capsules per 7 days, bottle comes with 120 capsules – see other uses for InterFase Plus – vaginal irrigation, digestive/systemic biofilm treatment or more mouth treatments – you’ll use them all up!)

Treatment schedule – 7 days

Stage 1: Brushing – InterFase Plus plaque biofilm treatment

Once per day for seven days, prepare to brush your teeth as per usual with your regular toothpaste and toothbrush.

Empty the powder from one InterFase Plus capsule into your mouth. Brush with the powder and your regular toothpaste together. Rinse as usual.

If you want to use InterFase Plus as a greater systemic biofilm busting treatment as well, brush as usual. Add the powder from one InterFase Plus capsule to 1/2 cup of warm water. Gargle and swish around the mouth for 1 minute, then swallow.

Stage 2: Flossing – Hydrogen peroxide antibacterial treatment

Pour a small amount of 6% H₂O₂ into a shallow dish to allow dunking of your floss. If you’re using a water flosser, empty regular water out and replace with hydrogen peroxide.

Dunk the floss into the H₂O₂, then floss a single tooth gap. After one tooth, sniff the floss. If it smells gross, keep flossing that gap until it no longer smells. Get right into the gaps on either side of both teeth – this is where bugs hide and build plaque.

Any hydrogen peroxide left in your dish, rinse your mouth and gargle with it then spit it out. Do not swallow hydrogen peroxide.

Over the course of a week, your mouth will feel extra clean and your teeth very smooth. Repeat this process any time you feel you need to.

What to expect from the mouth treatment

Remember, anyone with bad breath is passing biofilm germs to your genitals! It doesn’t mean the germs will stick around, but they will be getting on your body and in your mouth when you are kissed, sucked or licked.

It can be hard to talk about bad breath, so instead, talk about these germs, and both go through the mouth cleansing treatment.

When you are doing the mouth treatment, you can expect not only smoother teeth but fresher breath and a much healthier mouth. If oral hygiene hasn’t been your strong point, this treatment can be done once a month to keep your mouth healthy.

You may experience extra sensitivity of your teeth for a little while during or after the mouth treatment, because the biofilms that were covering your teeth are dissolving!

The mouth treatment is not damaging your teeth, but may reveal problems that thick layers of plaque were hiding.

Plaque may also be covering up cavities, so if you experience persistent dental symptoms after using this treatment, please visit your dentist for a checkup.
