My Vagina's information is designed to be digestible to the average person. We're not afraid to speak plainly so our message is understood clearly. 

Our mission is to revolutionise how vaginas are treated, and that means teaching both patients and practitioners all the amazing things we've learnt across decades of specialist naturopathic vulvovaginal care.

Unfortunately, vaginas are still not well understood, so the starting position of many practitioners is low to nonexistent. When faced with a patient with vulvovaginal symptoms, we can feel completely ill equipped to help.

We want as many practitioners as possible to learn what we know, to have access to our effective treatment strategies, and help patients feel better faster.

The gap between a patient's lived experience of vulvovaginal symptoms, and what they're being offered by western medicine can undermine and erode patient-practitioner trust. Patients are increasingly seeking alternative treatments, due to the high cost, low accessibility and so-so efficacy of many drug treatments. Patients are frustrated and often desperate.

The challenges we face as practitioners is that testing and treatments by front-line medical staff is often outdated and extremely narrow in perspective, leaving patients suffering and left to find answers on their own. They find My Vagina, and they finally feel like there is hope. This is a tragedy. We can all do better.
