Ok so I’m really not a review kind of person, but I’ve had so many problems with my body and I use reviews so much, I feel like I need to up my game and help other people the way they have helped me. So here goes. Sorry if this is long.
My problem is a mixture of AV and BV for about 10 years, and none of my doctors could help me except with antibiotics which now make me incredibly sick and I can’t take them, clindamycin, metrodinazole, you name it, I’ve tried them all. Each one would help for a couple of days, if that, then everything would come right back again. The depression and hopelessness is real, ladies, you know it.
I started working with myvagina.com treatments about four months ago and I’ve had the most improvement from a combination of the AV Rescue suppository and this AV Oral Blend. I was using the suppository and it was helping, but the AV would always come back though it would take weeks instead of days, so that was a bonus.
Then I discovered this blend, and now it’s all I have to use and only a tiny bit. I clearly have something wrong with me that makes these bacteria so happy in my body, so I have accepted that I have more work to do on my system, but I am now on drop dosing and ONLY when I have symptoms – which is maybe about once a month give or take.
HOW I USE IT:
I shake the bottle then use a pipette (I got a bunch of plastic ones off Amazon) to put about 3-4 drops into the measuring cup, then I fill it with water and drink it. I can even put it into tea or juice, as it’s so little amount, but I like to taste it so I know it’s working! I can feel the inflammation subside over the next hour or so. I then use one of the lactic acid suppositories that they sell on this website (I’m sure there are other brands) and I put a couple of drops onto the suppository and insert that.
I was using the irrigation but found it a little much and a bit messy for my liking and this system seems to work for me.
I can also second what other people are saying about the belly stuff! I have also noticed that my digestion / gut microbiome seems to be settled, more so than usual. They seem very much connected in my case.

Hello everyone! I am trying to treat AV naturally, after suffering for a very long time, more than two years, with UTIs and AV on and off.
