Trying this right now and I had to come here and write because my vagina is literally smell free, you could eat your lunch off it!!! I am using the bv oral blend as a vaginal irrigation as well as taking the oral doses from the measuring cup and I am totally surprised, I was NOT expecting this to work and certainly not this quick. I started on Sunday night and it’s now Wednesday. I will keep going per the instructions but I’m beyond thrilled to say the very least.

š Used this with BV Rescue and have now been free from the terrible disease of BV for 3 weeks and counting. For me this has been an effective mix of treatments, and I’ve also been using the oral probiotics and a vaginal probiotic, so I think I have rebalanced. I am going to buy some ph strips today to test and when I can afford it I will buy a Juno test to check.
