    I use this lovely stuff after intercourse as a preventative, since that’s usually the main time I have symptoms, and it works very well. I’m not having all that much intimacy right now, but that used to be something I could rely on – Life Ruined After Sex with the symptoms of BV, but no trouble since using one capsule of lactulose, and sometimes I also insert a vaginal probiotic, at the moment I’m using the V-Spot. Working great, it’s very easy to use and one bottle lasts a long time.
