Package arrived in good time, 3-4 days, discreet packaging (key!). It was well packed and looked good when I opened it.
The kit comes with everything you need to get started, so capsules, bottle of pure liquid lactulose, with dropper, and a washable capsule applicator for insertion in a safe plastic wrap.
Easy to fill capsule (though I did make a mess with droplets once, but it wipes up easily with water/cloth) and easy to insert. I did add a drop of water as the instructions say, as I’m a little dry at times, and prefer smooth insertions.
EFFECTIVE! My pH improved almost immediately and has remained so, at about 4.0. I am about to get my new Juno test, so we’ll see exactly how much it’s improved! I’m so excited as I think it’s completely different as my symptoms are zilch and pH stable/acidic.
GOOD PRICE for what you get. The bottle fills up about 40-50 capsules which is ALOT of treatments, if you only use one per night. This is extremely good value for money, with the capsules and applicator, and will last a very long time depending on use.
NO discomfort or pain, it was totally without any sensation at all once it was in. I used a little water based lubricant on the applicator, as again, this girl likes it smooth.

My doctor here in the USA recommended this website to me after what has felt like years and years of recurrent infections that we just couldn’t resolve, to the point where the only option was long-term low dose antibiotics or using a lot of boric acid, which I don’t find helpful at all.

I wanted to give this a week of use before giving a review for a couple of reasons.
First. This is the best thing for your vagina if there is a odor, discharge, etc. It changed my life in 2 days of use. Viva la lactulose!!! I’ve been a long-time fan of My Vagina for many years, and I will proudly sing the praises of not only the team at My Vagina, but of their products, with lactulose being one of my favourites. I always keep this in stock at my house because I can use it for so many different problems and it’s so effective. Avec des règles très abondantes, il y a normalement pas mal de « terrain » pour les bactéries, et j’ai presque toujours une odeur un peu renfermée ou poisson, parfois plus légère, parfois plus marquée, mais rarement rien. Là, pour une fois, rien à signaler.
