The kit comes with everything you need to get started, so capsules, bottle of pure liquid lactulose, with dropper, and a washable capsule applicator for insertion in a safe plastic wrap.
Easy to fill capsule (though I did make a mess with droplets once, but it wipes up easily with water/cloth) and easy to insert. I did add a drop of water as the instructions say, as I’m a little dry at times, and prefer smooth insertions.
EFFECTIVE! My pH improved almost immediately and has remained so, at about 4.0. I am about to get my new Juno test, so we’ll see exactly how much it’s improved! I’m so excited as I think it’s completely different as my symptoms are zilch and pH stable/acidic.

I think something else might be wrong, idk I have tried everything. Lactulose might work better if I tried at the beginning of a flare or if it’s mild, but in my case it doesn’t work to clear it fully.
It’s good to have handy but unfortunately this hasn’t been the magic bullet I was hoping for. I think I will book with a naturopath to help me, as this website has the most information that is helpful in learning about BV and why we end up getting it and why it won’t go away, and I think I have one of those reasons maybe hormones or something idk. You think a gyne would do this since it’s dealing with the vaginal area but they don’t, you have to see a specialist. Here are the ingredients of my douche 1.5 – 2 liter Douche Bag at Walgreens, half warm distilled water and half Hydrogen Peroxide. I was recommended to do this in the shower every week.

My doctor here in the USA recommended this website to me after what has felt like years and years of recurrent infections that we just couldn’t resolve, to the point where the only option was long-term low dose antibiotics or using a lot of boric acid, which I don’t find helpful at all.

I wanted to give this a week of use before giving a review for a couple of reasons.
First. This is the best thing for your vagina if there is a odor, discharge, etc. It changed my life in 2 days of use. To be too open, i don’t care to wear underwear but i had to bc if not the odor would blend in with my BO and it would be bad. Now? Nada. No odor, no discharge, no itching, no problem.
