This single enzyme is a proteolytic enzyme whose principal effect is fibrinolysis or degradation of fibrin, a fibrillar protein that when linked together forms the mesh essential for blood clot formation and some biofilms.

Easy to take with the 4-prong, the treatment worked, thank you so much My V and Aunt Vadge! I bought extra of these for my partner to use, so got to review them separately, and overall I have been rapt with the results of the 4-prong approach. My girlfriend and me both had BV and it was honestly not going away no matter what we did, I think we must have been sharing it over and over unfortunately, but it’s been over a month and we both feel awesome.
