I feel absolutely amazing on this herb. I am under the care of Jessica Lloyd (I know, I’m very lucky!!), and she put me on this herb, with my other treatments, and I have to tell you, I feel incredible. Shatavari makes me feel energised, capable, positive, physically strong, social and confident. Can you believe that two capsules a day has had this effect? I am truly impressed.
For the first month I was on it, I certainly was having my head turned by cute men on the street! I also had s*x dreams every night.
Then, I changed brand, and the difference was noticable, it’s not as strong for sure. This s*xy effect wasn’t as strong at all, and the other effects are still there, but just less. It’s the same dose as this, but it’s really not as strong at all, and it was really hard to find 2 grams per capsule. I will go back to this brand once I finish this other brand because these are better and the effects stronger. On the new brand, I have some fatigue creep in, whereas on this brand I didn’t get that.
I have long running issues, and we tried this shatavari as an experiment for my hormones and BV that won’t go away no matter what we do (yet!). I realise my issues are systemic, we need to resolve the underlying issue before my microbiome will normalise, and the shatavari was another attempt to make a dent in the problem.
Sadly it has not changed my BV, but that’s because we’ve now established that hormones are not why my BV is not going away. We have stumbled across something that does help the rest of me though, I feel so amazing on shatavari compared to what I did before that (self inflicted) so I am going to keep taking it for a while, with Jessica’s guidance.

Hi My Vagina, I am writing to tell you that the mixture for my oestrogen you gave me, with the shatavari capsules (via mouth), Fennelope, lactulose and probiotic, the vaginal treatment, has resolved BV symptoms for over three months now! Veronica, I wrote to you so desperate, and you helped me so much and were so so kind and generous with your support. If anyone is reading this, I can’t recommend this company enough, they really care about us and have helped so many people without charging anything. This clinic is truly for women. I had low oestrogen from breastfeeding and this treatment worked almost straight away. By the time the shatavari was finished I was feeling super healthy down there, and certainly it helped me have more energy and generally feel better. As many of you have experienced, breastfeeding and being a new mother is exhausting beyond words. I am beyond grateful to you all. THANK YOU.
