Easy to take, but it’s hard to say if this product alone helped me, because I used it in combination with the lifespace womens probiotic and the V-spot vaginal probiotics, and my chronic BV seems to be cured, though I have been very cautious to resume sex with my husband! I’m always scared it will come back after soo long of odour and discharge, but I’m cautiously hopeful here. The biofilm enzymes are so important for removing biofilms that cause BV, I think that was a major part of my problem. Wish me luck, and thank you so much My Vagina, you guys have been a total godsend and so helpful in my road to recovery (again, fingers crossed!). It’s not been long but so far so good!

My BV is gone, I took these pills, the Double Whammy suppository liquid from myvagina.com, and the probiotic they recommend in Killing BV. Excellent guidebook BTW! If you have BV, read it, it will help you.

I used the Biofilm Blend and the 4-prong and it was easy to take, I could feel it working on my digestion, so awesome. BV FREE!
