I used this with BV Rescue and the probiotic as part of the four-prong approach. I’d had BV on and off for about 2 years and antibiotics would clear it temporarily but it always came back within a month. I think the biofilm part is what was missing. Easy to take, but it’s hard to say if this product alone helped me, because I used it alongside the lifespace womens probiotic and the V-spot probiotics, and my chronic BV seems to be cured, though I have been very cautious to resume sex with my husband! I’m always scared it will come back after soo long of odour and discharge, but I’m cautiously hopeful here.
The biofilm enzymes are so important for removing biofilms that cause BV, I think that was a major part of my problem.
