How to use sea buckthorn oil
- For topical use – apply a few drops of oil to the affected area and gently massage in. Apply as needed.
- For capsules orally or vaginally – using the dropper cap, fill a vegetable capsule with the desired amount (one capsule is around 1ml) and click capsule halves together to seal. Swallow with water or use the capsule applicator to insert deep vaginally before bed.
- TIP! If your vagina is very dry, put some water-based lubricant on both the capsule and the applicator to help with smooth insertion and to facilitate the capsule dissolving (which requires some moisture). Use as much as you need to be comfortable.

Really nice oil. I am very dry due to being on Tamoxifen after surgery. My doctor recommended I use a strong sea buckthorn oil application several times a day as the dryness is extreme, and I can vouch for it being very helpful for comfort.
