How to use the Slow Flow herbal blend

1. Shake bottle before use.
2. Pour exact amount into provided measuring cup and top up with water or mix with a glass of water or juice to dilute. Do not take straight.
3. Use 5ml four times daily, starting two days before the onset of menstrual bleeding and continue with this dose until your period would normally finish, even if the bleeding stops.
4. Use only as directed.

• Shepherds Purse (Capsella bursa-pastoris)
• Lady’s Mantle (Alchemilla vulgaris)
• Rehmannia (Rehmannia glutinosa)
• Contains some alcohol
• May contain glycerine

• Do not use if you are allergic to any of the ingredients
• Do not give to children, keep out of reach of children
• Store in a cool, dry place out of direct sunlight
• Observe the safety warnings below
• Do not use when pregnant or breastfeeding

This herb mix is NOT safe to take in the following circumstances:

• Pregnant
• Breastfeeding
• Allergic to Shepherds Purse (Capsella bursa-pastoris), Lady’s Mantle (Alchemilla vulgaris) or Rehmannia (Rehmannia glutinosa)
• History of stroke
• History of thromboembolism or phlebitis (blood clots)
• Using sedative medication (may cause increased drowsiness)
• Kidney stones or kidney inflammation
• Sensitive to oxalates
• High blood pressure
• Taking oxytocin drugs
• Taking blood thinning drugs
• Diabetic
• Liver disease
• Have surgery in the coming two weeks
