I’ve been trialing this vaginal probiotic for a few months now, and it has honestly impressed me quite a lot. The capsules are easy to insert and I really do feel more balanced, fresh and comfortable, with I think improvements in the consistency of my ‘outgoings’ so to speak lol!
The bottle is very easy to use, though I do need to do a little cleanup from my drips around the cap lid or it goes a little crusty, like sugar shards I guess, like what happens to the lid of sugary things.
Overall, I have a feeling of ‘betterness’ that I haven’t felt from other vaginal probiotics. I was, I must confess, previously using probiotics that are designed for digestive use, which I know have a lot of fillers and protectors from stomach acid.
