The strips are easy to use.
My two criticisms are 1. There aren’t instructions in what reading is within the normal range. For example, is 5.5 in the normal range? 2. Is 5.5 normal? What’s higher than that? When is it time to see a doctor?

These are the best strips so far, though they are a little clumsy to use. if you follow my vagina’s instructions (THE WEBSITE LOL) they have a great little video to show you how to use them. More accurante than anyothers, can recommend.

Well, I’ve tried many vaginal ph strips, most of them are f**king expensive for a single q-tip in a single use package, total waste of plastic and the environment, it drives me totally batty while we’re trying to solve serious environmental problems. These strips yes, they come in a plastic container, but it’s hard plastic which MIGHT be able to b recycled, and the whole roll is just a whole roll, so you use what you need and them the rest is waiting when you’re ready. Vaginal ph is important ladies and this paper roll really is the best of what we’ve got available. Mine last for ages and ages, and you only really need a little piece of th epaper to get a reading. No need for big bits, so long as you’re ok putting a little bit of your finger into your vag, which c’mon gals, don’t be squeamish!!!
