To reschedule or cancel an appointment, log in to your My Vagina account. Navigate to My Orders + Bookings.

Please note rescheduling and cancelling appointments within 48 hours of the appointment time is not permitted.

To cancel, click the Cancel link and follow the prompts. We will receive your request and provide a refund at our next opportunity. Refunds are not automatic.
To reschedule, click the appointment you wish to modify, and choose Reschedule. Follow the prompts to choose your new appointment time and date.
