Clumpy kefir and blood – what’s happening?

The occurrence of clumpy kefir and tinges of blood within the vagina can often be attributed to the kefir separating, similar to curds and whey, and irritation of vaginal cells. While this can be a natural reaction with no discomfort, it's important to monitor for signs of yeast infection or increased irritation, and consult a doctor if symptoms persist or worsen.
