Free standard international shipping
My Vagina customers enjoy free international shipping. Express shipping requires an upgrade, displayed at checkout before purchase, unless your order is US$200 or over, in which case you will receive a free express shipping upgrade.
We ship everywhere that accepts mail
My Vagina ships globally anywhere that accepts mail and where the products are not prohibited by local regulators.
We are not responsible for customs fees, VAT, taxes or other amounts payable in your location. We are not responsible for items being turned away at customs and returned to sender. If an item is returned to sender for any reason, we will not refund our shipping costs.
We use Australia Post and you can find information on their website as to where they ship to and expected shipping times.
Same-day delivery and pick-up are not available.
Delivery estimates
Packages are almost always shipped from My Vagina headquarters Monday to Friday. Any orders made from 2pm on Friday, Melbourne, Australia, time (GMT+10), will be shipped the following Monday.
Standard international delivery times can vary, typically ranging from 4-30 days, depending on your location. Factors affecting shipping times include customs processing, local shipping conditions, and other variables.
If you’re looking for faster delivery, we offer express upgrades with delivery times as fast as 2-8 days, depending on your destination.

Sometimes there are stock and delivery issues. We’ll be in touch if there are delays beyond a few days.
Delivery didn’t show up
If your products have not arrived by the expected delivery date, please email us at info@myvagina.com. We recommend you also contact your local carrier using your tracking number to see if they have any more detailed local information.
You can input your tracking number into your country’s local carrier tracking system – the tracking numbers stay the same, even though the carrier changes.
Item was damaged in transit
If an item was damaged, please take photos of the packaging and damaged product(s) and email them to us.
Please also lodge an incident report with your local carrier, as our carrier will need this information to investigate and provide a refund for damaged items during shipping. This ensures we can provide you with a full refund or replacement.
We’ll organise another product to be sent, a refund or another option as per the circumstance.
Change of mind refunds
If you change your mind once your package has left My Vagina’s headquarters, the only option you have is to return it to us unopened, and in its original condition.
We do not refund any shipping costs for change of mind.
Refunds on products
We are bound by Australian consumer laws. You can find more information on these laws at the ACCC website. The essence of it is, we will always provide a refund, repair or replacement for undelivered, damaged or otherwise unusable goods.
Refunds on consultations
Refunds on bookings can be made in full 24 hours up to the appointment time, but after that no refund or reschedule is provided, at our discretion.
Any appointments attended or not attended are not refunded once the allotted time has passed and without any discussion.

Digital downloads
Access your download via link immediately after the checkout process, inside your receipt email and inside your My Vagina account under Downloads.
There are no refunds on digital downloads. If the file requires replacing, we will do so.
