Instructions for penis rinse/rub of InterFase Plus for biofilms
Empty the powder from three (3) capsules into a cup of warm water and stir to mix and dissolve.
Apply the InterFase Plus mixture to every part of the penis and scrotum using any method that works for you in a practical sense. Think of it as a gentle penis massage.
The point is to get deep into any crevices where biofilms develop, exposing them to the enzymes. We don’t have any information on specifically how long this takes, so aim for one or two minutes of the rub at each treatment time to maximise the impact without it being arduous or causing irritation.
Do the rub twice daily for five days, making sure to rinse your penis to remove all traces of the mixture afterwards, as it may be irritating.
If irritation occurs, reduce the treatment to one per day, and if irritation persists, stop using this treatment and perhaps look into using milk kefir or any of these with the Four-Pronged Approach Fixer Box – Penis.
To maximise this treatment, you can use a probiotic paste (a small amount of water mixed with a vagina-friendly probiotic – empty capsule contents into a small dish and stir, then rub in the same way as the InterFase mixture.
You want this to stay on your penis for as long as possible, but if your penis feels irritated, rinse off completely. The point is to degrade biofilms and colonise the penis and urethra with protective lactobacilli species, not cause irritation.
