Our international shipping rates are competitive and fair. For most countries, here’s what you can expect:
- Most products have free shipping
- On products without free shipping, orders up to $149: rates start from US$17.50, with Free Express Shipping available in Australia and on most products.
- Orders totalling US$150 or more qualify for FREE International Shipping.
Shipping costs for your international order are calculated based on the weight and size of your items. Upon entering your delivery address during checkout, you’ll be presented with available shipping options and their associated costs – mostly free!
Please note that a few select countries may have slightly different shipping rates, and Free Shipping may not be available everywhere. You’ll always see the total shipping cost at the checkout stage.
For international shipping, we exclusively utilise Australia Post, ensuring reliable and efficient delivery and great customer service if something has gone wrong.
DELIVERY TIMES
Standard international delivery times can vary, typically ranging from 7 to 21 days, depending on your location. Factors affecting shipping times include customs processing, local shipping conditions, and other variables.
If you’re looking for faster delivery, we offer express upgrades with delivery times as quick as 2-8 days, depending on your destination.
Rest assured, all packages are assigned tracking numbers. You’ll receive an email notification with a link to track your shipment’s progress.
INTERNATIONAL RETURNS
For our international customers, here are some important considerations:
- If you’re seeking a refund for damaged products, please provide a photo as evidence. Contact us via email before discarding the damaged product and packaging. This evidence is essential for Australia Post to process your refund if the package was damaged in transit.

All prices on our website are listed in US Dollars unless otherwise specified. We gladly accept the following forms of payment:

ADDRESS ACCURACY
Once an order is submitted, we are unable to modify the delivery address. While we collaborate with our shippers to assist with address issues when feasible, we cannot be held responsible for delays, fees, or other delivery complications resulting from incorrect address entries during checkout.
If such an error leads to an order being rejected, lost, or destroyed, we regret that we cannot issue a refund or replacement. If the order is returned to us, you may be responsible for return shipping fees, and we’ll only be able to refund the merchandise cost.
If the return shipping cost exceeds the merchandise value, My Vagina will instruct the carrier to abandon the package, and no refund will be issued.

We cannot be held responsible for any delays, fees, fines, or penalties related to your order due to non-compliance with your country’s laws.
CUSTOMS CHARGES
My Vagina bears no responsibility for laws or regulations resulting in Customs applying additional charges to your order, including taxes or duties. Similarly, we cannot be held liable for seized products or delivery delays stemming from Customs actions.
It’s important to note that most international shipments proceed smoothly without issues or delays. In cases where additional fees are imposed on your order, your local Customs authority will reach out to you directly.
