Dose of SerraDefend
- Take 1 capsule per day on an empty stomach or as directed by your healthcare practitioner
- If using Killing BV treatments, use 1 capsule twice daily on an empty stomach for 30 days as part of Aunt Vadge’s Four-Pronged Approach – LITE
- Can be taken alongside other supplements and does not interact with probiotics or antifungal supplements
- Take without food and at least one hour away from your meal to allow the systemic enzymes to pass through to your intestine safely
- Time of day does not matter, but it should be at least an hour away from any meal
