- Do not use in cytolytic vaginosis (CV)
- In aerobic vaginitis (AV), do not use if you have over 5% bacteria that use lactulose as an energy source – check list here

Did a few treatment cycles but after that my test was clear for Mycoplasma Hominis which was one of my treatment goals.
I do think the droppers and capsules are sometimes a little bit hard to stabilise, so when you are holding the capsule you have to get the dropper in to fill it. But, I have RA and sometimes my hands are sore. Overall I found my treatment to be ok and was glad to see zero mycoplasmas.

I caught ureaplasma from my ex partner, and it was horrible, I was really sick, so I had to do the doxy treatment, which helped significantly, but on a Juno Bio vaginal test, I still had small amounts of ureaplasma.
