Aunt Vadge: strange growths around my urethra

Hi Aunt Vadge, 

I’m 20 years old and I want to ask about some doubts I have… As my first intercourse happened, I have notice some strange growths down, next to my urinary meatus, of urinary orifice. 

It was awkward and it was bleeding. For two days it looks just like some growth with length of maximum 1.5 cm and in diameter not more that 2 mm. It doesn’t hurt but sometimes I have a strange feeling.

The colors are the same as the skin around, and it is still the same from the first time I saw it. For the last two times of having a little bit hard intercourse I can say it was bleeding but a little, and it lasted a few hours only.

It sounds like possibly you have something going on that needs a real-life doctor! Unfortunately without anything more to go by, it is difficult to know what’s happening.

It is advisable for you to go and get examined by a physician, because that shouldn’t be happening to you. Your urethral area should be more or less invisible to you (and unremarkable), so any growths that bleed are abnormal and need to be looked into ASAP.

If sex hurts with your urethral area like that, then it is advisable to stop having sex until you figure out what it is and get some proper advice.
