If your clitoris is cut, then you can still have sex, but it might hurt! You should also use proper hygiene while having sex, to avoid infection. That means using a condom/barrier, and possibly even avoiding receiving oral sex. The mouth is full of germs.
As the world is going into coronavirus lockdown, it may also be best to postpone your sex date until everyone is cleared!
It may also pay to apply some vegetable oil, like coconut, to soothe the cut and prevent it catching on clothing or your vulva as it heals.
