Aussies only, any state!
Participants needed for a study looking into how pelvic floor exercises can help urinary incontinence (problems with bladder control) in women post-breast cancer.
What you get: eight free sessions with a female pelvic floor physiotherapist via Zoom (no in-person treatments) across a 12-week period, with personalised instruction for your specific circumstance.
What you have to do: answer questionnaires and do the exercises as instructed.
To participate, you must live in Australia, have bladder control issues and have had or have breast cancer. Treatments are non-invasive pelvic floor exercises, taught to you with your personal pelvic floor situation. You use a little device to track your progress.
This study may help you in a way that no other treatments can. You may end up with a better-behaved bladder.
The research will help guide future treatments for post-breast cancer care, so if you have had breast cancer and suffer bladder control issues (even a tiny bit!), science needs you!
