How to use Iners Defend vaginal pessary
- Shake before use.
- Use the dropper to fill an empty capsule, replacing the cap.
- Use 1 capsule deep vaginally before sleep every second day for 10 days (5 treatments). Repeat as necessary.
- Check symptoms and vaginal pH on non-treatment days.
- Do not use for more than a month without consulting a practitioner.
- If symptoms persist, see a healthcare practitioner.
- Warm the bottle under hot water and shake if the blend thickens. Do not microwave or cook!
