How to use Iners Defend (vagina)

50ml bottle of Iners Defend formula with dropper cap for easy dispensing
50 pure vegetable capsules
Reusable, washable applicator

How to use Iners Defend vaginal pessary

Shake before use.
Use the dropper to fill an empty capsule, replacing the cap.
Use 1 capsule deep vaginally before sleep every second day for 10 days (5 treatments). Repeat as necessary.
Check symptoms and vaginal pH on non-treatment days.
Do not use for more than a month without consulting a practitioner.
If symptoms persist, see a healthcare practitioner.
Warm the bottle under hot water and shake if the blend thickens. Do not microwave or cook!

Olive oil (Olea europaea)
Lactulose (from dairy)
Sea buckthorn oil (Hippophae rhamnoides)
Sunflower lecithin
Sorbitan olivate

Safety and warnings for Aunt Vadge’s Iners Defend blend

Do not use if you are allergic to any of the ingredients
Do not use if allergic to dairy
Do not use in cytolytic vaginosis (CV) or aerobic vaginitis (AV)
Do not use when trying to conceive around the fertile window
Shake well before every use
Do not use for more than one bottle without consulting a practitioner.
Not for long-term use.
Edible, but do not eat!

Storage of Aunt Vadge’s Iners Defend

Keep out of reach of children
Refrigerate after opening (oils will oxidise faster outside of the fridge)
Store in a cool dry place out of direct sunlight and heat
Always close cap tightly
Use within three months of opening
