Video: how to put lactulose liquid into size 000 or 00 vegetable capsules

Here we run you through the very simple process of filling your vegetable capsules with lactulose liquid for use vaginally.

If you are using size 000 (large) then you only need two capsules, and if you’re using 00 size capsules, you’ll need three.
