I have chronic UTI and ongoing AV, and I was using this blend with good results for many months.
But then, they changed their formula from coconut oil to almond oil without telling anyone and I am allergic to nuts. As you can imagine, this has not gone well. I bought a few new bottles, as I use a lot of it because it was so helpful, but then I had a horrible reaction and didn’t understand why until I checked the ingredients and saw they had changed it.
I am super disappointed in this company, why would you change a blend without announcing a huge change in formula to a highly allergic ingredient for so many people.
I emailed them about it because I wanted a refund for the bottles I had bought, which they gave to me, but this was not a good experience and caused me a lot of pain with my allergy. I’m lucky I didn’t have a worse reaction.
The customer service person said they regularly modify their formulas as they are a working clinic and are constantly improving their recipes, and all ingredients are listed on the labels, sort of making out like it was my fault for not checking the labels every time I bought the same product.
She offered to make me up a special batch with coconut and send it to me free of charge but I said no, I was just done with it by then.
I was getting really good results from the coconut based mixture, so I’m giving three stars, the thing works, but frankly I was pretty upset by the whole experience. If you have allergies, keep on top of the ingredients, they may change without warning.
