Lichen simplex chronicus (LSC)
Contact dermatitis of the vulva can result in what's known as lichen simplex chronicus (LSC), which is itchy, thickened skin. Removing the offending irritant is the best way to solve LSC, but additional creams or soothing ointments can be used.

Urethral prolapse
Urethral prolapse is an uncommon condition that is treatable in most cases, with very good outcomes. The urethra or part of the sleeve of the urethra protrudes out, causing discomfort and urinary issues.
Labial adhesion
Labial adhesion occurs for an unknown reason in young girls, and generally resolves itself, however it may need intervention. Intervention is reasonably straightforward, and includes oestrogen creams.
