The four-pronged approach for penises is a 14-day treatment involving both oral and penile treatments.
The point is to break down disruptive bacterial biofilms systemically (throughout your body) and in and on penile tissue, kill the liberated bacteria, and colonise with healthy microbes.
These treatments come with extra care and important warnings.
Please note the penis balm has been replaced with the vaginal pessary blend mixtures.
Safety first, kids!
Nattokinase is not advised for anyone undergoing surgery, with bleeding disorders, or anything else that requires fibrin (our blood clotting agent).
If you experience a severe reaction from your treatments, stop immediately and seek medical care where appropriate. Any severe reaction may mean you are allergic to one of the ingredients or it’s just not for you.

Four-pronged Approach Penis Treatment Plan
When to start treatments
Plan the four-pronged approach ahead of time, when you have all the ingredients and coordinate with a partner if you want. It’s great to do treatment at the same time as a partner, but it’s not essential.
__________
The Plan
14-day treatment schedule
- Aunt Vadge’s Antimicrobial Penis Treatment on the clean, dry penis and scrotum before bed.
- Aunt Vadge’s Oral Herbal Medicine for BV or AV or Ureaplasma 7.5mL with water twice daily.
- SerraDefend biofilm enzymes – 1-2 capsules twice daily on an empty stomach. Start on one, if it’s ok, move up to 2.
- Probiotic – Take 2 probiotics daily. Finish the jar (30 days)
What to expect during treatments – biofilm shedding
Biofilm shedding can cause some uncomfortable symptoms as the live bacteria are liberated into your system.
Prepare for the unexpected, stop or back off enzymes if you need to, and prolong your treatment accordingly. Please read everything provided and listen to your body.
You may experience old infections again or a flare-up of symptoms. These effects will pass, but are a necessary part of the biofilm shedding process. It means it’s working.
You may not feel anything.
Listen to your body and take it easy if you need to. Remember, any funny sensations in your body will pass in a few days. Think of it like peeling the onion – layers of biofilm are shedding, and what each layer reveals is a mystery.
Eat well, sleep well, and take care of yourself. You may feel a little off your game during this treatment. What exactly to expect will vary considerably between you all.
Complex health history – consider suitability
The enzymes break down biofilms throughout the body, which liberates the matrix and microbes hiding in biofilms.
This dissolution of biofilms can cause an immune response, so anyone who has a complex health history (Lyme, autoimmune, etc.) should carefully consider if this treatment is appropriate, start off slow and expect this treatment to produce effects. Please seek practitioner advice.
Sex and treatments
The general gist is to avoid any chance of reinfection during and after treatments.
Successfully treating yourself and avoiding reinfection should be top of your list. That means you can have sex, but use a barrier or be picky with your sports. Avoid getting your semen into vaginas.
Unless you’re having sex when you both have treatments in with approved sex-friendly treatments, use a barrier method because you are still infectious and so is possibly your partner.
Consider sex a good way to enhance the distribution of treatment deeper into both of your reproductive tracts.
Not all treatments are going to be nice to have sex with, so that’s up to you.
